Natural Capital

I'm back - with much thanks to Mark Thoma for his excellent guest blogging...

A recent adddition to the small band of environmental economic blogs is Natural Capital: "News, policy and research on the economics of the environment and natural resource", by Robert Metcalfe at the LSE. Worth a look.

In a recent post, Rob points us to the online Ecological economics encyclopaedia:

If some of you are not aware, check out the Ecological economics encyclopaedia at http://www.ecoeco.org/publica/encyc.htm.It has a great deal of brief introductions to key aspects of ecological and environmental economics, with plenty of references for further investigation. There are contributions from a diverse range of people, such as Robert Costanza, Mohan Munasinghe and John Gowdy, on a diverse range of topics, such as EKC, indicators, agent-based modeling and monetary valuation.

I have added this site to my Economic Resources sidebar.
